Peace Akuwa is a doctoral student in the Department of Agricultural Economics at the University of Ibadan, where she also earned her Master’s degree. She holds a BSc in Agricultural Economics from Delta State University. Peace is a policy design expert and her research centers on food and nutrition security, with a particular focus on child nutrition. She is also interested in resilience studies, value chain analysis, and CGE modeling. She is an excellent data analysis, proficient in using Stata, Excel,  and R. A strong advocate for quality education and equity, Peace believes that the one of the best gifts you can give a child is a solid education that extends beyond academic walls. She is deeply passionate about teaching.
