The Innovation Lab for Policy Leadership in Agriculture and Food Security (PiLAF) had an engaging presentation on the Kaleidoscope Model of Policy Change, a framework developed by D. Resnick et al., delivered by two of its interns, Adesina Samuel Victor and Adeyemi Dominion Anjolajesu, who are currently undertaking their Practical Year Training Program (PYTP).
They presented insightful analyses of the model, examining the five stages of the policy process and exploring how the framework has been applied and tested in several African countries. Both interns demonstrated impressive understanding and critical reflection on how the model could be applied to Nigeria’s agricultural policy landscape.
The sessions were highly interactive, with staff members providing constructive feedback and encouraging the young presenters.
