This development has posed some problems. The needed skills for handling and processing data still need to be improved, particularly among students and researchers.

Herculean tasks as well as things considered impossible bows in the face of appropriate training and skills. Thus, people are empowered when they are given the right training. This is the experience at the just concluded STATA training organized by Innovation Lab for Policy Leadership in Agriculture and Food Security (PiLAF), University of Ibadan, Nigeria.
